Since our founding in 2022, our team has grown and expanded to include 10 engineering professionals. They all come from various backgrounds, and each one specializes in a different area of expertise. They produce amazing results for all of our projects across the various sectors in which we work.

MRS.RAZIA SULTHANA
Managing Director

Mrs. Razia Sultana is the managing director of SRL DesignDen Engineers Pvt. Ltd. as well as SFPL.

She is a qualified B.E. (EEE) from Andhra University.

Competent professional with over 6 years of rich experience in project equipment supply engineering consultancy and contracting with well-known companies around the world.

Executed the project's equipment supply on schedule and within the target budget and time frame.

Proven abilities in managing technically advanced, cost-efficient, state-of-the-art production systems and processes, and a strong relationship with the overseas vendors.

The promoter has been engaged in import and export businesses in machinery for five years and has established an office in Rajahmundry.
MR.L.TIRUMALA RAO

Mr. L. Tirumala Rao is Director of SRL DesignDen Engineers Pvt. Ltd. An electrical engineer with vast experience in beneficiation and pelletization processes.

He had played a key role in the construction and operation of ESSAR, Arya Iron and Steel, OMML (ADHUNIK) Pellet Plant, Shri Jagannath Steels, and Shakambhari Group of Industries Pelletization Plants.

Technically accomplished & competent professional with over 32 years’ rich functional experience in project management, pellet plant operations, blast furnace operations, JIG plant operations, contract management, production operations of pellet plants, stabilisation of production at pellet plants, achieving the quality of the production and rated capacity, and maintenance management with well-known organizations.

Mr. Tirumala Rao had headed E&IA dept. at many other successful projects related to Mineral Beneficiation, agglomeration of Iron ore and manganese ores like Essar (Kirandul), ARYA IRON AND STEEL, OMML, Srijan Steels, Ankit metal, Benita Industries, Shri Jagannath Steels and Bravo Sponge (SHAKAMBHARI).

He is also head of HMISHO Steel S.A., the leading company in the field of steel industry in Syria, as well as MBF 1 and 2 on M/s Srijan Steel's management request.

Sri.Pullabhatla Venkata Subba Rao is the Executive Director of SRL Designden Engineers Pvt. Ltd.

He is a science graduate and has 35 years of experience in the field of iron, steel, and power projects.

Mr. Pullabhatla has vast experience in project implementation and execution, from concept to commissioning.

He has also worked as CEO of various plants.

He had headed projects worth INR 5000 crores in India and abroad. The major projects executed from concept to commissioning include:

Iron ore beneficiation and pelletization unit of 1.2 MTPA

Integrated steel complex having facilities of a mini blast furnace, a coke oven, a sinter plant, a steel melt shop, rolling mills, coal-based DRI units, a power plant, a coal washery, a lime calcination plant, an oxygen plant, a private railway siding, a ferro alloy plant, and associated auxiliaries.

In Muscat, he executed one steel melting shop as an independent consultant.

Mr. Pulak Sarcar is the technical director of SRL Designden Engineers Pvt. Ltd.

He holds a Masters Degree in Structural Engineering from IIT, Delhi.

He has 37 years of experience in the design and project management of reinforced concrete and steel structures in heavy industry, residential, and commercial fields.

He has designed and executed numerous projects, including integrated steel plants, ash handling plants, ETPs, residential, commercial, and utility buildings and centres, coal handling plants to evacuate coal (interstate) from Jhingurda coal mines to RenuSagar Power Plant, etc.
